Women and Technology
Back in my physics days, almost all of the students in the program had a Y chromosome, and it seems like little has changed when it comes to women choosing technology-related careers. Professor Betty Lauer of Quinsigamond Community College is trying to change that trend through a summer program that introduces junior high and high school girls to various technological fields.
